Do you know someone who has made a noteworthy contribution to our Country and/or Mankind? If you do, you are encouraged to nominate that person to be added to our Chinese American Heroes database. Please fill our nomination form below and our Selection committee will verify the information, and if a noteworthy contribution can be documented, the person will be added to our database.
Reminder, our Heroes are normally peer group selected.
Depending on staffing and the time required to validate your information, your nomination may take a few weeks, or longer, depending on circumstances. You will be notified once a decision has been made. If additional or new information becomes available that affects your nomination, please re-submit that information back to our organization, using same initial information, but including the new information. Be sure to highlight the new information to facilitate our evaluation process.
